Ingredients: Organic Phycocyanin, Organic Bilberry, Organic Mesquite, Organic Cardamom, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Ashwagandha, Wild Chaga Fruiting Body, and Organic Cordyceps Fruiting Body.

Directions: Mix 1 tsp into 2 tbsp of hot water until dissolved, then add 1 cup of hot milk of choice. Add 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or stevia or monk fruit to sweeten if desired.

To make an iced drink add some ice, 1 1/2 cups of cold water instead of warm milk, add sweetener of choice and add some creamer.

Add 1 tsp of this to a milkshake for a lovely delight.
