By accessing Artisan Avenue, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the marketplace lawfully.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We aim for accuracy, but if a price or listing is incorrect we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Every item is handmade by an independent artisan. Natural variation in colour, texture, size, and finish is expected and celebrated — it is not a defect. Product photos are representative; your piece will be uniquely its own.

Artisans keep 100% of every sale — we never take a commission. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of their work, and honouring the shipping and return commitments described at checkout.

The Artisan Avenue name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our partners. Artisans retain rights to their own work and imagery. You may not copy, resell, or misuse any content without permission.

When using Artisan Avenue you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the service.
• Resell mass-produced or counterfeit goods as handmade.
• Harass makers, staff, or other customers.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by maker and destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Refund Policy for damaged or lost parcels.

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artisan Avenue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
